NAPRA UPDATES: Board Moves/Elite #2/ Few Members "Ghosts"
Happy Memorial Weekend to everybody. Big changes to NAPRA Executive Board. Long time NAPRA contributor Mike Hill is stepping down as President due to a lot of family commitments. He will remain on the roster as an angler but will sorely be missed in his duties as President. I have made the Executive Decision to name Steve Kortis new President of NAPRA. He will run the show minus sponsors and scheduling. Jeff Erwin will remain VP in charge of rules. Handling Membership duties which includes correspondences and scoring of events will be newly named Membership Director Travis Lakes. Welcome aboard.
Elite #2 Issues?
Well, Mother Nature must be on a smoke break. Hopefully it leads to a long extended stay in the ER recovering from emphysema. Any way, we are scheduled to fish the LMR on June 2nd. The river is crystal clear but moving very swiftly. I will monitor and be in the river possibly Monday and for surely next Thursday. I am venturing to Paint Creek very early tomm. (Sat) to check it out. That will most likely be our backup spot.
Have a safe weekend and as always go to napraprowading.com for your latest updates under the "News" tab.
